Plaintiffs appeal as of right from an order of summary Disposition in favor of defendant in this attorney negligence action. They argue on appeal that, as intended beneficiaries of their mother's will, they are entitled to pursue a negligence claim against defendant, the attorney who drafted the will. They argue that they should recover damages for emotional distress and costs incurred in prior probate court proceedings in which the will was contested. We reverse in part, affirm in part and remand for further proceedings. I
